Richard Bousfield is the Investment Director of Hurstwood Asset Management. Richard forms part of the team offering clients a dedicated Director led service covering third party investment and asset management. He is a specialist in renewable energy and can help deliver ESG led strategies.
Richard has worked for a number of investment and asset management platforms and brings over 12 years of experience in this field. At Harworth Group Plc he successfully grew and managed their c£280m investment portfolio and at Praxis Holdings he led the business space portfolio valued at c£300m. Both portfolios were ‘value add’ strategies and generated market leading returns. Prior to being client side, he was a Partner of Cushman & Wakefield in their Capital Markets Group.
He has over 24 years of experience within the UK commercial property market which includes valuation and development. Richard leads investment acquisitions and strategic asset management services, alongside equity investor relationships.
